The State Council : A document to further clarify what is “domestic”

What exactly is “produced within China”? To what extent can localization be considered “produced within China”? There has always been no clear standard. In the issued “Opinions of The State Council on Further Optimizing the Foreign Investment Environment and Increasing efforts to attract Foreign Investment(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions), it is specifically pointed out that “relevant policies and measures will be introduced as soon as possible to further clarify the specific standards of ‘production in China’.”
