The NMPA Released the Announcement of the NMPA Comprehensive Department on the 2023 Medical Device Industry Standard Formulation and Revision Plan Project. In accordance with the requirements of the Measures for the Management of Medical Device Standards and the Regulations for the Management of the Revision of Medical Device Standards, 117 planned items for the revision of Medical device industry standards in 2023 have been determined.

Watching focus

It is reported that among them, part 2-87 of medical electrical equipment: special requirements for basic safety and basic performance of high-frequency ventilators ，the new industrial standard is formulated according to international standards; 14 items, such as electric gastric lavage machines, blood pressure sensors, bone joint implant devices, metal screws and bone plates, have been revised on the basis of existing industry standards.
