Guideline on Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Nanomaterials Used in Medical Devices (draft)

On November 2, 2020, CMDE announced its preparation of Guideline on Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Nanomaterials Used in Medical Devices (draft). This Guideline applies to medical devices that 1) In direct or indirect contact with the human body; consisting of or containing nanomaterials; and 3) nanomaterials are not used in the production process. All kinds of opinions are welcome to be filled in the information collection form and submit it to CMDE before November 30, 2020 via email.
