Countdown to the New “Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices”

In June, 2020, the General Office of the State Council has released the State Council’s Legislative Work Plan for 2020, which includes two regulation compilation related to NMPA. The two regulations are Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices. The expected revision of the Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices may cause various changes in the medical device registration process.
